As I mentioned yesterday, an interesting resource for foraging ideas is RiverCottage.net. The main chef/spokesperson, improbably-named Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, has been doing organic gardening, foraging, and other Transition-friendly activities for at least 10 years. He has done a number of television series on the UK Channel 4, many of which I have. Drop me a line if you're interested in knowing more.
