Nui’s raw food journey began about four years ago. Since, incorporating a raw food diet she has experienced improved health benefits.

Nui is the founder of Bee Glorious, an importer of green and eco-friendly products from small artisan communities whom she supports in Thailand. Aside from her business venture, Nui always finds time to enjoy different activities and learning.
Her hobbies include: cooking, reading and outdoor activities. Knitting is a new hobby just started with Resilient Kitchen.
Nui loves to explore new cuisine.
