Workshop Leader - Pamela Scaiff: Pamela and her family decided to ‘transition’ towards a low-carbon footprint lifestyle. As a result, she learned a set of new skills such as canning, preserving and yoghurt-making which not only allowed her family to enjoy homemade food that can be based more on local ingredients, but to follow the natural rhythm of the seasons while reducing their impact on the environment. Visit her blog, Transition to Resilience, to find out more about her.
