DESCRIPTION:First in a free series of \"Urban Wild Tours\" this spring
 /summer:\n \nOn this tour, we'll find out about common, safe non-toxi
 c weeds and plants that have a long history of use as food and/or medi
 cine.  We'll discuss where to find specific plants and which season t
 o look for them as well as which parts of the plant to harvest and pre
 paration methods.  The walking tour will encompass the green space ar
 ound Heron Park.  We'll finish with a wild snack and beverage for tho
 se that wish to try them.  *Please note that we will not be harvestin
 g plants on this tour, you will be invited to take a nibble here and t
 here as applicable.  Our focus will be on plant identification, their
  uses and the principles of safe, ethical foraging in an urban environ
