What are your skills (Professional and amateur)?
I’m a fun and very capable mix of many things; analytical, pragmatic, typical business career abilities, and journeys of the heart and soul. I’m interested in intuitive conversations, refreshing perspectives, and global thinking. I like to show up simply as a human being who offers what I can, when I can, where I can. I have a big appetite for life and believe that we are here to experience the joy of being alive. I’ve covered a lot of territory in my career; from health care to high tech, and most recently, in the realm of life coaching, alternative medicine, and the environment we all temporarily share. My sensibilities are compatible with both the softer sciences and the skills to run national marketing campaigns or hospital departments. Inside me is a person who creates and manages budgets, can create a WEB marketing campaign, while also enjoying drawing faces on oranges and creating mind, body, spirit seminars. I’m comfortable spanning inner and outer worlds. Right now, I'm searching for a community of like-minded people.
How would you like to see Ottawa look and feel in the future?
I would like to see Ottawa look and feel as green as it can be---to be a leader and model for the rest of Canada :)
What part would you like to contribute to this?
I'd like a chance to learn more about Transition Ottawa, then I'd be more than happy to answer this question.

Thank you Ray Anderson, you made me green ... inside and out.

On August 8th, 2011 one of the cornerstones of my eco-learning triangle, Ray Anderson, passed away. How do I feel? It is a mixture. Pensive and sad for the loss of a great man;…

Brulé Music to the Rescue!

I don’t know about you, but I have recently discovered that listening to music is one of the best ways to “shift” Life Force Energy and bring yourself into a good life space – quickly.

It all started one day with an ordinary visit to YouTube where I stumbled upon a contemporary Native American group called…
