Just wondering how long the working group on this initiative thinks it will take to get a system up and running? I have recently experienced first hand the growing need for this to come into existence quickly. There are amazing skills and experience out there which are sorely needed by many who in turn have amazing skills and experience with neither party able to share these inside the traditional economy. In many cases it means the difference between making it month to month and being one step closer to social assistance.
